Dave Lewis Peak is located on the divide between Pioneer Creek and Soldier Creek in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness Area. The peak was named after “Cougar Dave” Lewis who was a soldier, a pioneer, and a hunter. Lewis lived for many years at the mouth of Pioneer Creek. USGS Dave Lewis Peak
